One factory. Two brands. Since 2008.
MESA is a Sarajevo manufacturer of packaged long-shelf-life baked goods — under the Quickie and Más brands and for partner brands in the EU.
2008
We open our own factory in Sarajevo and launch the first packaged long-life croissant in Bosnia. The first product: a 60 g chocolate croissant, its shelf life extended from 45 days to 4 months. The Quickie brand is born.
2010
The Quickie range grows: a 65 g Mini croissant and 60 g muffins. Exports begin in June — first Croatia, Serbia and Montenegro, then the EU.
2015
In December we install the savory production line. Más: the first baked, not fried savory sticks with olive oil in the Western Balkans.
2026
MESA opens a new 4,000 m² factory — more production space, higher capacity and room for new lines.
