Production

Our own factory in Sarajevo

Every MESA product is made in our own factory in Sarajevo — from 2026 on 4,000+ m². Two production lines, one standard.

Sweet line

Croissants, muffins and strudels. Running since 2008. Capacity sized for retail chains and export — up to 192 cartons per pallet, 160-day shelf life.

Savory line

Palitos sticks and Tapas crackers. Installed in December 2015. Baking instead of frying, olive oil, no preservatives.

How we achieve shelf life

The 160-day shelf life of our sweet range and up to 240 days for the savory range come from packaging technology and a controlled baking process — not preservatives. Protective-atmosphere packaging slows product aging, and every stated shelf life is confirmed by laboratory stability tests.
